ISO Consulting & Implementation Services
Here at X-nam Intelligent Consultancy we Provide multiple options in Implementing an ISO Management System on route to your Certification:
Option 1 - Gap Assessment
X-nam's Gap Assessment involves Consultants / Auditors performing an Audit on your Organisations’ processes.
This is intended to determine the Status and Conformance to the required Standard(s) and Legal Requirements.
This provides an understanding of how closely you Conform to the Standard, and which areas require Additional Workshopping, to Achieve Certification.
We schedule Audits with departments and Process Owners to understand the Inputs (Policies, Procedures, SOP/Work Instructions etc.) and their related Outputs (6-12 months of Records of the processes).
Option 2 - Consulting
X-nam provides Consultants to guide your Organisation on what Activities are Required, as well as what to Document, and How to Implement the System.
Upon Completion, our Consultants will conduct Training and Additional Reviews.
This can be Associated to “Comparing Apples with Apples” as Consultants globally provide this Service and Clients can be Assured of Substantial Value add Relating to Implementation and Consulting – Aligned to Pricing.
Option 3 - Implementation (Highly Recommended)
The “X-nam Way” is a hands-on approach involving the organisation, staff, suppliers, and all interested parties.
Our Unique way is to Assist an Organisation to Implement an Effective and Bespoke ISO Management System that includes Alleviating the Administrative Burden of Documenting Policies, Procedures, SOP/Work Instructions, Risks, as well as standardising Forms and generating Records for the Standards’ Requirements/Controls.
Option 4 - Do it on your Own
Organisations may opt to purchase any of our ISO Management System Templates and follow our instructions to implement the system in-house.
