The X-nam Holdings group success so far has been built on a foundation of values – discipline, integrity, safety and quality – this shall be revisited every year to ensure that they are aligned with the needs of our customer, suppliers and employees.  We recommitted to our five core values and these have been consistently applied across the group, we have also refreshed the behavior’s that underpin these values to more clearly define what shall be expected of our people and the way that they should conduct themselves.
